Julia is a seasoned compliance professional who began her distinguished career at ASIC, where she developed a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and supported AFS Licensees and financial advisers across the country.
Her expertise was further honed through roles at Deloitte and Macquarie Private Wealth.
With a deep passion for her field, Julia channeled her extensive experience into co-founding ComplianceCo and 3Lines.
For nearly a decade, she has been pivotal in enhancing and supporting the operations of AFSLs and ACLs, demonstrating her commitment to delivering effective compliance and regulatory solutions. Her leadership and expertise continue to make a significant impact in the industry.

Glen is a tech leader known for founding and scaling Solv Solutions, one of Australia’s most impressive B2B tech companies.
Glen’s vision led to the rapid growth Solv, doubling sales in its first few years and attracting major clients like Bunnings, McDonald's, and BHP. Under Glen’s leadership, Solv expanded into a leading workplace injury and safety management platform.
